Our Terms and Conditions

Conditions of participation: Participation in courses and other events of the ski school is at your own risk. The organizer is not liable for accidents, injuries, damage, loss, theft, delays or other irregularities, including restrictions on course operations caused by the weather; it reserves the right to make changes for compelling reasons, as well as to correct errors, printing and calculation errors. The participant undertakes to heed the instructions of the ski instructors and to follow necessary instructions; failure to comply leads to exclusion of liability and can lead to exclusion from participation. The liability of the transport provider (bus company) remains unaffected. In order to avoid possible confusion, it is advisable to mark ski poles and skis in a special way. The transport companies and the ski school are not liable for losses or confusion. Each course participant is solely responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit to meet the requirements of the booked course. The course participant is liable for any damage caused by expenses resulting from a medical unsuitability for the ski course.

Withdrawal:
For organizational reasons, a missed day of the course cannot be made up. Course registration can be withdrawn up to 5 days before the start of the course minus a 10% processing fee. For short-term cancellations immediately before the start of the course (1-4 days), a processing fee of 20% of the course price applies. If the course cannot be held due to insufficient number of participants, we will refund the full fee. After the ski course has started, the course fee cannot be refunded unless the course is not held in whole or in part by us (except in the case of force majeure such as weather etc.). If a medical certificate is submitted in the event of illness etc., the course will be paid out in full minus the days already used or the days can also be made up. The conditions of the transport provider (mountain railway) remain unaffected.

Destinations:
The destinations are fixed one day before the course day. However, the course destination can also be changed at short notice during or during the descent or on a daily basis for compelling reasons (e.g. poor snow conditions).

General:
In the interest of the participants, the ski course management endeavors to create a course that is as equal as possible. If individual course participants are too good or too weak in terms of performance, we ask for your understanding if the ski instructor or ski course management recommends a change of course in such cases. The guarantee of achieving the ski course goal is only given if you attend every day of the ski course if possible. Participation in the course is binding upon submission and receipt of the registration (in writing, by telephone or via the Internet). Confirmation of participation and invoices will only be sent on request (email/post).

Image rights:
By booking a fixed course, you also agree to transfer the rights to images taken in connection with the respective course to TOS SUD. The images will not be passed on to third parties and will only be used for our own measures related to the ski school!

Note on the non-existence of the right of withdrawal:
According to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to distance selling contracts for the provision of additional services in connection with leisure activities if the contract stipulates a specific date or period for the provision. This exception does not apply to contracts for travel services according to Section 651a if these were concluded outside of business premises, unless the oral negotiations on which the conclusion of the contract was based were conducted on the consumer's prior order.
According to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is therefore in principle no statutory right of withdrawal for the ski courses you have booked.
